For everyone travelling by bus at somepoint during travel. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL! The buses are intended to leave shortly after their designated time as we want to insure that they will have plenty of time to get to the airport to make their flights. Please make it a priority to not be the one to hold up the bus!
Also before you leave your home please triple-check that your MBIer has their passport. Not having your passport will cause significant problems so please do your part to avoid the potential headaches that will be caused by forgetting.
For everyone with an e-ticket to New York: To check in all you need to do is show a passport at the check-in counter. The emailed e-ticket is purely for reference and your records. It of course can be a useful resource on your travel day and you should feel free to print it out as such. Again if you encounter any issues at the check-in counter please call me so we can make sure to resolve all issues quickly.
In case it was still unclear, for their flights to Israel we have the records of their e-tickets and the MBIers will need nothing else but their passports to check in for their flight to Israel.
Below you will see a list of the Kibbutzim they will be on during the Machatz time period starting on Tuesday July 17th. I will be sending a list shortly of which Kibbutz each MBIer will be on during that time period.
Merom GolanThat's all for now! I will be writing again on Sunday with the last few details to keep in mind.
